40 years old today. I can't believe it. I feel like I am 20 years old. Totally enjoying this ride called life and I am truly blessed to have 4 beautiful children with my amazing husband, a lifestyle and a business I love so very much and what's even better……is YOU!!!!

You have made this day amazing. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for logging in daily and for supporting me over these past 18 months.

Hip Hip Hooray! Dani turns 40 today! Can you tell how excited I am?

So what's cooking tonight at my party tonight??? Super healthy pizza's of course!!!

Here are some of my favourites;

Ham and pineapple

Aussie Mediterranean pizza

Basil & ham pizza

I'm loving this healthy living. By moving my body daily, making better food choices, my mind is more positive and I feel amazing! I want you to feel the same.

For dessert we will have something fruity for sure, here are some of my quick and easy fruit and salads to dish up;

Chocolate (no added sugar) raspberries

Melt peanut butter, honey and cacao and insert into raspberries. Simply delish.

Fresh salads are always a hit at our place and mixing olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic with S&P is simply delicious on any salad.

BTW how gorgeous is my husband for this amazing hashtag card? He's hilarious as you all know where you can find me today. Instagram, Facebook and Instagram land xx

There's no OH! though as I am loving my path of actualisation. Life is beautiful.

Ohhhh yes, I think these delectable cupcakes from CAKE will be making a special appearance tonight so stay tuned on my social media along with our hat theme party!!!!

How old are you???

Much love and friendship,

Mt Buninyong run and Spooky party

Hello everyone, I know I am a teacher in my son's eyes but today he taught me something pretty amazing!!!! MIND OVER MATTER!!! Rather, reinforced it!!!

As all 6 of us snuggled in bed this morning, Noah jumped out of bed and said:

"C'mon Mum, we can run up that Mt Buningyong hill! Don't be scared!"

The belief in his eyes and passion made me bounce outta bed, put my running shoes on and go for this run!

Mountain Buninyong...elevation 719 metres above sea level.

Mount Buninyong is a hill overlooking Ballarat in Victoria, Australia. Formed from an extinct volcano.

We only managed to run a 5.5km course however I was super proud of Noah as he only stopped when we had to take these photos. Of course to show you all!!!!

Mt Buningyong

Seriously amazing stuff, the views were amazing and I was super proud of Noah as he also had his soccer game this morning and I thought this would completely exhaust him. But no! He was super charged! Said he was going to smash this mountain, and he did!!!

I must admit, I didn't want to do this run. I even sent a sms to our running trainer to say I'd give it a miss. Why? I drove the car up the mountain yesterday and I got scared! Yup! I didn't think I was built for something this extreme, so best I don't attempt it at all. Especially when I'm not a real runner and haven't ran since Run Ballarat (although I do think I did a 3km run?). Anyways, I didn't think I had enough training or prep work to get me up this hill! So I got discouraged and thought best I set some smaller goals......and do the Mt some other time.

But no! Thanks to my little champion Noah, he ENCOURAGED me do this run and for that I am truly grateful. I love you honey.

We had a full on day today with many parties and this one was completely spooky!! Our new friends did a sensational job with the cake, decorations and activities today.

How cool is the cake?? I loved it!!!

Oscar's a classic jamming away on the trampoline above!

Mietta and her new little friend were searching for some spooky stuff in the green goo, while the hosts dressed up as a witch and zombi!!! Thanks for a great day guys!!!

I had a lot of requests from Facebook and Instagram to post the recipe for our pizza's last night so here it is. Enjoy! These seriously take under 10 minutes to make and eat!!!!

PIZZA night!!! You'll never buy take away again...

Now I must warn you I will be overloading this page with a lot of pizza shots!! A step by step guide on this revolutionary home made pizza recipe that only requires 2 ingredients.

Self raising (I use wholemeal for the clean eating version) flour
warm tepid water
actually 3....olive oil but I missed that step tonight

That's it!!! You will never buy take away pizza again, EVER! My husband is a pizza connoisseur and he gives me a 10 out of 10. Thank you very much....also to Kris a girlfriend of mine letting me know about Jamie Olivers quick pizza base and how basic and simple it was to cook on the stove top & then grill the toppings in the oven. Under 10 minutes!!!!! It's electric!

Anyways back to my morning of glorious food. You must know by now how much I LOVE  MY FOOD right? Yes, as much as my kids! Maybe a little bit more, just kidding!

I did my 15 minute Transformation Challenge workout before school drop off. I love how my kids mimic my movements and get so excited to exercise with me in the morning!!!! Too funny especially when I am telling them to brush their teeth and get ready for school.

My pre workout meal
Apple puree (about half a cup) no added sugar of course

Post workout drink/meal (remember you need to always fuel your body pre and post workouts)
Green smoothie with protein powder
(added 1/2 cup of cooked porridge) as this was my breaky on the run

Morning snack
1 orange
1/2 cup yogurt with nuts
latte

Lunch
left over tuna rissoles with salsa salad and yogurt

Afternoon snack
Vegetable juice (left over red capsicum, 2 cucumbers, 4 broccoli florets, 1 apple & ginger) so delish!
crackers with hommus dip

Dinner
PIZZA's ;-))))) I prepare a base station with all the topping to make it easy to move quickly.
Kids had Hawaiian and we had spinach, salami, anchovy & feta

Stage 1 (this takes 2 mins)
Add your flour quantity and blend the flour adding a splash of water until it looks like a breadcrumb texture (I also add garlic salt, herbs but forgot the olive oil tonight, oops!) and keep mixing until the dough starts to roll around in your blender
PICS TO BE LOADED ASAP

Stage 2 (and this only takes 2 mins)
Gently knead for a couple of minutes and make into bases. Place in a fry pan lightly sprayed with olive oil

Stage 3 (seriously this too only takes 2 mins)
Add toppings and cook over stove top until base is cooked, then simply place under the griller for the toppings to melt and crust goes crispy!
PICS TO LOADED ASAP

Stage 4 (inhale in 2 mins!!!)
EAT

Sorry my beautiful people but I have serious internet issues and am not able to load all my pics properly!!! I am devastated!!! As you may have already guessed, I am a very visual person so I want to be able to show you what's happening here. I do apologise and hope to update the pictures real soon. Please come back again xxDani
