Went to a party last night and the hostess made darn sure that we brought them back home, I need these treats out of the house. I CAN DO THIS. Having this holiday in the middle of the week is killing me because it feels like the weekend. I have stumbled across a book that I think will help educate us about the different sugars we take, how to avoid them and how to substitute them moving forward. I find that my sugar craving is at its peak after either lunch or dinner...:) I am not drinking any wine and that´s harder than the sugar... Actually being with Dani - ma...Yesterday was great. Actually being with Dani - made it easier. My kids are making the sugar free muffins themselves this afternoon.<br />Have had 2 serves of fruit today so far. I try to save a serve of fruit so that I can snack on it at night?? Only after I devoured them did I stop to question if they had sugar. The label was misleading, and they were loaded with, if I recall correctly, 20 mg (though it might have only been 8 mg). Still, it goes contrary to my current mission, so I was frustrated and sabotaged the rest of yesterday. Today went much more smoothly and I've decided to extend my challenge by a day to make up for yesterday, just to prove to myself I can do two weeks. Being sure to check pesky labels is the hardest part for me. Sugar is in so much!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
